The charge gets is provided becomes less and less.<br> The civic authorities are greedy bastards to a man.. and woman ..and I hate them ALL with a passion that modesty forbids me from voicing!!<br> Recycling sure...more efficient packaging sure... but by the same token I want to see a more effective use of my hard cash... AND to decide what I spend it on!
