Well I feel that it is MY budget that is being strained by the exorbitant level of Council Tax that householders are obliged to pay. The charge gets is provided becomes less and less.
The civic authorities are greedy bastards to a man.. and woman ..and I hate them ALL with a passion that modesty forbids me from voicing!!
